  • How soon will my order ship?
    Please allow 2-3 business days to process orders. Your order will then be shipped withing 3-4 business days from dates of processed payment.
  • What is your return policy?
    NO REFUNDS ACCEPTED. EXCHANGE ONLY. Our policy last 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange. To be elgible for an exchange, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept products that are damaged or have been worn. Plese see return policy to see more details regarding returns.
  • When will I received my order?
    A tracking code will be sent to the email used to process the order as soon as your order ships. Please keep in mind, the expected delivery date is provided by USPS and is subject to change. Packages are NOT my responsibilty once I have completed, provided tracking via email and mailed off your order. I am not responsible for delayed or lost packages. If you have any questions regarding the status of your package, you will have to contact USPS directly.
  • Exchange Policy
    To be elgible for an exchange, your item MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept products that are damaged or have been worn. Plese see return policy to see more details regarding returns. Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Additional non-exchangable items: Gift Cards Compression Socks Embroided Merchandise Facemasks Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges (if appicable)
    Once exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will then also notify you if the exchange was approved or rejected. If you are approved, then we will mail out the requested exchange item. DURING SALE EVENTS ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
